Thank you for bringing Happiness Is for Everyone into your library, classroom, or community!
I created this resource kit to help you continue the conversation after reading the book and give children simple, meaningful ways to explore happiness, kindness, gratitude, inclusion, and belonging.
One of the messages I love sharing with children is that they have a superpower: they can make choices about how they respond to their emotions and how they treat others.
Happiness doesn’t mean we feel happy every moment. We all have big feelings, difficult days, and moments when things don’t go the way we hoped. But we can learn to notice our feelings, make positive choices, and look for the little moments that bring happiness to ourselves and others.
Inside this kit, you’ll find activities and conversation starters designed especially for young children. They can be used during storytime, in the classroom, at home, or as part of a library or school happiness program.
I hope these resources bring a little more happiness, kindness, and connection to the children you serve.
And remember…
With happiness,
